With effect from 1st July 2007, four dealerships, Gawler Farm Machinery, Riverland Farm Machinery, Measday Services and Seddon Motors merged to form Rosenberg Machinery Group.
The business had for some years enjoyed significant cooperation facilitated, in the main, by the cross ownership of James Rosenberg.
It was seen as logical to take the next step and formally merge the businesses thereby leveraging the many benefits and opportunities available to a larger dealership group.
As of 1st February 2009, Park Motors became a part of Rosenberg Machinery Group.
Rosenberg Machinery Group now has an eye to the future as it looks to build upon the collective successes of the five contributing dealerships.
